Dark Chocolate Brownie Cake


Hey folks! I introduce you a marriage between a brownie and a chocolate cake, to satisfy all chocolate lovers. Great by itself, cold or warm, fantastic with a scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients for: 6 portions.
Time to make: 1 h e 30 min.



Ingedients:

  • 300 gr dark chocolate;
  • 75 gr fructose;
  • 100 gr butter;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 25 gr flour;
  • 20 gr organic cocoa powder (no added sugar);
  • a hint of salt;
  • butter and flour for the baking tin.

Preparation:


Place the chocolate and the butter in a heavy-based pan and heat gently until melted, stirring occasionally. Leave to cool.

In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with sugar then, sift the flour and cocoa powder in the bowl and whisk.

Gently incorporate the melted chocolate into the mixture.

In an other bowl, whisk the egg whites, then very gently, fold into the chocolate mixture.

Pour into the prepared tin and bake in the centre of the oven for about 30-35 mins at 160 °C, until it's crusty on top.
